The Brooklyn Business Center (BBC) has become a go-to source for helping aspiring  entrepreneurs and managers of existing organizations and start-ups. The BBC is part of the Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation (BSRC), a non-profit which is the first Community Development Corporation in the US.

The BBC’s services include one-on-one business coaching, access to capital, mentoring, business planning classes, assistance preparing MWBE applications and help writing business plans. We assist with locating third party resources such as pro bono legal services. In the past five years, the BBC has enabled clients to increase revenues by $3.1 million, obtain $2.4 million in financing and add 91 new employees and retain 85 employees.

The BBC is funded in part by the New York State Entrepreneurial Assistance program and is an Entrepreneurial Assistance Center.
