Chris Aidun	Chris Aidun has a broad private equity practice. Chris’s practice includes a wide range of transactions, including leveraged and management buyouts, venture capital, minority investing, mezzanine finance, acquisitions of distressed assets and troubled company investing and restructuring. Chris received his J.D. from New York University Law School, where he was a Root-Tilden Scholar, editor of the NYU Law Review and the 1980 recipient of the Edmond Cahn Law Review Award. He served as law clerk to the Hon. Barrington D. Parker, United States District Judge for the District of Columbia.
Deirdre Harding	Deirdre Harding is a senior associate in the Private Equity practice of Weil Gotshal. Her practice includes advising private equity sponsors in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, financings and minority investments and counseling private equity clients and portfolio companies on a broad range of general corporate, securities laws and corporate governance matters, including management arrangements. Deirdre received a B.A. degree from Wake Forest University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
